Stock Control and Inventory
Efficient management of stock is a key part of warehousing
operations. The WMS gives you complete control over all products in
your warehouse through use of both handheld scanners and the WMS
application.
Real-time stock control enables you to view, search and perform
inventories of your goods. All stock movements are logged for
auditing and staff training purposes.
- Search for products by code or location
- View real-time product allocations (products allocated to pick
lists)
- Perform customised stock checks of a single bay, row of bays or
the entire warehouse
- Management features to reconcile stock
- Options to quarantine stock
Reports
A suite of stock-reports are included in the WMS and can be
emailed to staff Inboxes on a scheduled basis. Example stock
reports include:
- Warehouse capacity
- Stockholding summary
- Stock levels overview
- Stock check results
- Recycled stock
- Quarantined stock
- Stock movement: slowest / fastest moving products
